How to exercise your privacy rights with Hardline.

1.We Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information
Hardline does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not deploy advertising pixels or third-party trackers from Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar networks. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out.
2.Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to:
- know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share;
- obtain a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information, subject to legal-retention exceptions including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and tax recordkeeping;
- opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information;
- opt out of targeted advertising or significant-effect profiling;
- limit our use of sensitive personal information beyond statutorily permitted purposes (California);
- data portability;
- non-discrimination for exercising any privacy right;
- appeal a denial of any request.
3.How to Submit a Request
Submit a privacy request by either:
- emailing privacy@hardlinelending.com with the subject line corresponding to your request (e.g., “Access Request,” “Delete Request,” “Limit Use of SPI”); or
- completing the webform at /privacy-request.
We will verify your identity by matching information you provide against our records, consistent with the verification procedures in 11 CCR §§ 7060-7063. Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with written authorization signed by you.
4.Response Time
We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and respond substantively within forty-five (45) days. We may extend by an additional 45 days for complex requests, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
5.Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing privacy@hardlinelending.comwith “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to appeals within sixty (60) days. You may also contact your state Attorney General. California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
6.Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
To request that Hardline limit the use of your sensitive personal information (as that term is defined in the California Privacy Rights Act and analogous state laws) to purposes permitted by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121(a), submit a request as described in Section 3 with the subject line “Limit Use of SPI.”
7.Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you and reasonable verification of the agent’s identity. Where applicable, we may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
