Legal Document Archive

Versioned history of Hardline's legal documents. Material changes are made under Section 18 of the Terms of Service.

1.Purpose

This page provides a permanent record of each version of the Hardline legal documents. Hardline retains each prior version, the cryptographic hash of that version’s canonical PDF, and the effective dates during which the version was operative. Users who accepted a prior version may retrieve it here to confirm the version to which they bound themselves.

2.Current Versions

The current versions of all Hardline legal documents are available at the links below. Each is marked “1.0-draft” pending counsel sign-off and public launch.

3.Prior Versions

No prior versions are archived. This is the initial Hardline legal suite.

4.Version Hashing

On public launch, each document version will be assigned a SHA-256 hash computed over the canonical PDF rendering of the document on its effective date. Acceptance events recorded under Section 1 of the Terms of Service include the hash of the document version accepted, the timestamp of acceptance, the IP address, and the user-agent string. This produces a defensible chain showing exactly which version each User accepted.
